100WC Week #34 Orphan’s Dreams by Minh An

My home is underneath a bridge. I have no dad, no mum and I never talk about it! Every morning I’d go sell smelly daffodils hoping I’d at least get 1 coin in a day. At night I tossed and turned trying not to drop off the bed. Every night I dream. All those fabulous dreams! This night I was holding a pink, sprinkled donut when suddenly I woke with a start but soon after I fell asleep again. Suddenly I saw my parents they were hugging me in their huge warm arms. In this dream I never woke up.
